Although the article was GFDLed, I see a big problem with it. It sounds like a guide how to follow the steps of the Debt Diet. Therefore, I mark it to be copied to the Wikipedia brother site, Wikibooks, a collection of open textbooks, which you can edit. Actually, that's the plan. I will transfer (transwiki as its name) this version to Wikibooks, so GFDL and such permissions remain intact.
