The Criminal Code (Malay: Kanek Keseksaan ) is the law that codifies most violations and criminal procedures in Malaysia. The official title is "The law relating to criminal offenses" [All Malaysia - 31 March 1976, Act A327; P.U. (B) 139/1976]. The only jurisdiction of the Malaysian Parliament is established above the criminal law in Malaysia.
