Plot
While enjoying a picnic, Sarah Collins (Catherine Miles) and her boyfriend (Tom Dulaney) were startled by a group of teenage hunters. They raped her and killed her, but just before they would kill her, she ran away and went to her parents' house. The gang members shot Sarah in front of her father, a rich Vietnamese Vet (Richard Harrison) named Mark. The boys seriously wounded him and left.
A few months later, after his health recovered, Mark managed to find the killers and kill each of them. He also kept walking on the streets at night, looking for criminals in action to be executed until his wife Yvette (Anne Jackson an English actress who also starred alongside Richard Harrison in Hunter Crossing and Fire Back) convinced her to stop. However, he has been observed by Bill's henchmen (Mike Monty), a mysterious businessman who wants to destroy a local drug syndicate. Bill gave orders to kidnap Yvette and force Mark to continue his vigil work.
Mark finally escapes, saves Yvette, and physically confronts Bill. After killing most of his minions, Mark is thrown to the ground and will be shot by Bill, but pulls out a small rocket launcher from a special rig on his sleeve and shoots it at Bill, literally killing him to pieces.
The text played on the screen after the final screen conclusion told the audience that Mark, 45, turned himself in the police and is currently serving a life sentence.
